Depositit Office Re-Location Service

When disaster hits and access to your office is prevented (snowed out, flooded, fire, area cordoned off, and emergency building works), we will help to quickly source an alternative premises for you, allowing you to continue trading as swiftly as possible.

In partnership with First Recovery, the leading Insurer approved provider for office re-location to UK companies, we are able to deliver the following service:

• Within 4 hours First Recovery will identify a 6 workstation accommodation in any one of more than 500 standby office locations around the UK, complete with furniture, meeting rooms, reception facilities, fax/copier and secretarial services (if larger accommodation is required, 6 man + please advise prior to taking this service so we can know to accommodate and discuss with you).


• Within 24 hours First Recovery aim to have you re-located in the new office.


• Within a maximum of 48 hours, the following actions would have been taken:
1. First Recovery's dedicated Event Manager attends onsite
2. they will redirect your telephone services to the recovery site
3. they will deliver, commission and install a 6 workstation standby PC network
4. they will help reinstate your data that has been backed up to Depositit
5. they will reconnect internet services
6. they will reinstate email services

When afflicted, your company should be able to continue trading with minimal downtime.

How it works:

• When you take this service from Depositit, we will send you a Welcome Pack and Service Schedule that you complete and return to us.


• This information is passed over to First Recovery so when you call them directly in an emergency they have all details on file and can react instantly to your crisis.


• You will have full back up from First Recovery's team on hand to support your transition into alternative accommodation when disaster hits, assuring minimal disruption and complete business continuity.

SMALL PRINT:

1. This service is provided by First Recovery, not Depositit who are acting as agents.
2. An activation fee for the service paid to Depositit costs £96.00 + vat (activation is included free of charge within the Depositit Business continuity package).
3. When the service is required and First Recovery have identified suitable offices you will be contacted with these details, including rental costs (where possible you will be provided a choice of premises). You will also be able to visit the premises before making a commitment.
4. All rental costs and agreements will be covered by yourself and will be between yourself and the new office location.
5. Claiming back costs: It might be possible to recover costs via your Insurance policy and we strongly recommend that you speak with your broker or insurance provider to ensure you have the appropriate cover/policy in place to cover any costs that may be incurred. This will normally be referred to as 'Material Damage / Business Interruption' cover, though please seek advice as neither Depositit nor First Recovery will be held liable, accountable or will cover any costs.

IMPORTANT: If the service has not been activated prior to an emergency this will at best delay or at worst result in no continuity. Activation includes providing us with your Schedule and having available the details from the Technical Appendix we send out in the Welcome pack (details of your ISP, telecoms providers and any software solutions you use).
