Reset Password

If you cannot recall your password please complete the security details below to confirm your identity. If you require assistance please contact us.

  1. Enter your username (found on all emails that we send you and on the top left of the software).
  2. Chose the security question you selected at registration.
  3. Enter the answer to your security question.

Once you have completed the security details click the submit button and the system will generate a new random password which will be emailed to the address you have registered with Depositit. Once received you must follow the instructions in the email to set up.

Note: This automated method for re-setting passwords allows for complete security as requests are only actioned on proof of identity and emails will ONLY be sent to the current email address (on the Depositit database) of the specific user that the request relates to.

Depositit cannot see any new password that the system generates for customers. These are created and sent directly to the customer's email address, no copy is held by Depositit.

Depositit will NOT release or re-set passwords in any other manner unless proof of identity of the account holder can be provided.
