HOW TO UPDATE YOUR CARD DETAILS WITH WORLDPAY
The easy way:
Please email accounts@depositit.com advising that you wish to update your card details and provide the best number to reach you on. We will call you (usually within 4 hours) and carry out the update for you.
The other way:
If you have the original emails that WorldPay sent you when you set up your Depositit account, please locate these and:
- Go to the worldpay website by clicking here
- Enter your WorldPay username and password to login.
- Once logged in, click on the blue hyperlink number under Agreement ID
- You will now be on the Futurepay Agreement Details page and you should select the 'change payment details' button at the top.
You can now put in your new card details and submit.
Note: If you also need to update your email address or any other contact details click on the "Change Contact Details" button to change your personal information
