If you are experiencing any issues using Depositit, we recommend in the first instance that you re-boot your machine.
Installation Issues
Q2: When I try to download your software, the page goes blank or disappears?
Q1: I have just registered and paid for an account with Depositit but did not
download the software, how can I do this?
A: Once you have paid, a "Thank You" page appears with a link allowing you to download the software. If
you have closed this page, please go to the customer login area here and once logged in
you will be see a link asking if you wish to download the software.
Q2: When I try to download your software, the page goes blank or disappears?
A: This may be due to a pop up blocker you have in place. Please turn off your pop up blocker or
alternatively you should press the 'Control' and 'Alt' keys together whilst also clicking on the link to download Depositit.
