BACKUP
Saving a definition
Now that files have been selected you need to save your definition.
Click the Save icon on the toolbar or select File > Save from the menu.
- The definition will now appear in the left hand window.
You can add further options in order to customize and schedule your backup definitions. These will be saved and stored in the backup definition table alongside the selected definition.
The following fields are indicated in the backup definition table:
| Name | This is the unique identifier for a particular backup definition. |
| Frequency | States the rate of recurrence associated with the backup. |
| Last run | Denotes the "last" time that the prescribed backup was carried out. |
| Next run | Denotes the "next" time scheduled for the prescribed backup to be carried out. |
| Active | States if a backup set is currently set to occur as scheduled. |
