BACKING UP DATABASE FILES

When backing up databases, please follow the standard backup procedure, details of which can be found at here

1. Create a new definition (called database)
2. Select the database you wish to backup
3. Confirm the time and frequency you wish to backup the database

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. When backing up databases Depositit strongly recommends reducing the 'Backup Cycle' to between 1-7 depending on the size of your database
2. You may need to close down your database prior to backing up as Depositit does not backup open files.
