Q1: How easy is Depositit to use?
A: Depositit is easier than backing up to a tape or disk because once set up it runs automatically for you, leaving your time free to get on with other things.

Q2: How secure is Depositit?
A: Depositit is extremely secure. No one here can access or view your files, which are both password protected and encrypted using 448-bit military grade blowfish technology, which is over 3 times higher than the banking industry uses.

All files are stored off-site in 3 separate state of the art security data centers and the software is designed to be compliant with ISO17799.

Depositit is registered with the Data Protection Registrar No. Z5282039.

Q3: How much does Depositit cost?
A: We provide a Light User package, which allows up to 250mb of compressed storage for just �60 +vat a year.

Our standard business package costs £120 + vat a year for 2gb of compressed storage, however unlimited space is available and the tariff can be found on our costs section.

Files are compressed before they are backed up, which means you should be able to save more files than your package suggests (i.e word/excel documents compress by as much as 70% so you could backup over 4gb of these files in our 2gb package).

Q4: How do I pay?
A: Payments can be made quickly & securely online using a debit or credit card (all cards accepted inc Amex). All payments are collected via WorldPay (part of Royal bank of Scotland) and the transaction will appear on your statement as "WP - Automated Backup". We do not charge any transaction fees.

Q5: How do I get more storage?
A: Depositit is fully scalable and when extra space is required accounts are automatically upgraded so customers do not have to do anything.

Q7: What if Depositit doesn't work for me?
A: Depositit offer a 15-day "No Quibble" money back guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason, let us know within the first 15 days and we will give you a full refund - no questions asked.
