1. Register for a Depositit account and then download our software onto your laptop, PC or server (Windows, MAC or Linux).


2. Select the files you want to keep safe and every day at the scheduled time your information is saved to our secure servers using your Internet connection.
   
   You can store any files with us, including documents, emails, databases, spreadsheets, digital images, music, PDF's, scanned information, Exchange, SQL etc.


3. All files are compressed, encrypted to 448bit and backed up to 3 separate locations within the UK. The first backup takes longer than the others as your data is being copied to our servers, once finished your daily backups are incremental and very quick.


4. After every backup you will receive an email confirming that your data is safe and how much has been backed up.


5. You can restore a single file/folder or all of your information quickly and at any time with 3 clicks of your mouse.
