DEPOSITIT RESELLER PROGRAM - FAQ's

Q: How much commission will I make from each sale?

A: Depositit will pay you £200 for customers signing up to the Standard package and taking the MS Exchange Plug-in, £100 for customers just signing up to the Standard package and £30 for any customers subscribing to the Light User Package (UK VAT will be added where applicable, subject to a UK VAT invoice).

You will receive 50% of this payment within 60 days of the customer signing up and the balance 50% will be paid in year two, once again within 60 days of the customer re-subscribing.

PLEASE NOTE: this special commission rate of £100 for all sales of the standard package is a Time Limited Offer and is only available to affiliates who sign up and are accepted to the program before June 30th 2008. Any affiliates applying after this date will earn £60 commission against sales of this package.

Q: What happens if the customer decides not to renew their subscription in year 2?

A: The incremental element of your commission is dependant upon customers re-subscribing for a second year. If an account is cancelled for whatever reason before this, no further commission will be paid.

Q: What happens if the customer cancels the agreement within the 15-day warranty period?

A: If a customer cancels their account within the 15-day period no commissions will be paid. All commission is pending until day 15, after this time commission will be paid accordingly.

Q: What happens if a customer clicks through my affiliate link but doesn't purchase immediately?

A: Depositit cookies remain live for 365 days. This means, if a customer clicks through to the Depositit website from your link, BUT does not purchase there and then, they will still be tracked back to you when they return to the website at a later date, regardless of whether this is the following day, week or month.

As long as the customer returns to the Depositit website within a year, when they subscribe to the service you will still be credited with your commission against the sale.

Q: How often will I be paid?

A: You will be paid every 2 months (payments are despatched at the beginning of February, April, June, August, October and December). The minimum payment is £100, if your commissions are less than this amount we will carry it over to the next payment period for a maximum of 6 payment periods (12 months). If the minimum requirements have still not been met after 12 months it will be cancelled.

Q: How will I be paid?

A: Depositit uses the PayPal service to pay affiliates. This method offers speed and security, allowing payments to be sent via e-mail directly into your inbox. Opening a PayPal account is free and once operational you can route your money directly into the bank account of your choice from there. Q: What currency will I be paid in?

A: Payments are made in £GBP, though via PayPal you can select to convert your payment into a currency of your choice and then deposit this alternative currency into your bank account.

Q: How can I keep track of my sales?

A: Simply login to your account and you will find all the information you need is available there. If you need assistance, please feel free to email our Affiliate Manager

Q: What happens if I lose my password?

A: Go to the login page and enter your ID number. Then click on the ‘lost password’ button and your password will be automatically sent to your e-mail address.

Q: Do you have any minimum sales requirements?

A: We do not set any minimum targets however our minimum commission payment is £100 so you will need to sell at least two Standard Packages to achieve this. The more sales you make the more commission you earn – it’s up to you.

Q: How do I sign up 2nd tier affiliates?

A: Anyone that clicks through to our website from one of your links and then joins our reseller program themselves will become a 2nd tier affiliate for you. Our intuitive tracking software automatically tracks all sales and ensures the relevant commission is sent through to both them and you.

Q: What marketing support is available?

A: All Depositit affiliates have access to a range of banners, articles and texts that can be freely used to promote the Depositit service. As we generate new advertising material and produce new articles our affiliates will be notified via e-mail. At any time you can login and have access to what is available.

Q: What if I have an idea, special requirement or wish to discuss an opportunity that is beyond what would normally be associated with your affiliate program?

A: We encourage all our affiliates to think beyond banner links and are receptive to any ideas you may have. We recognise that many of our affiliates wish to earn large sums of money and often generate ideas that enable them to do so. Any ideas you have or deals you initiate would be rewarded accordingly.
